  • Ensure all emails you send us containing customer details are sent using the send secure service
  • To keep your introducer login details secure, we advise that you don't write them down, email, pass them on to anyone else or divulge them in full when communicating with us
  • It's best not to leave your computer unattended whilst logged in to the secure area so always make sure you log out by clicking on the 'logout' button
