When to contact us
For most further advance applications, simply log in to MSO and submit your case online. However, please call us if you’re trying to submit any of the following cases:
- Multi transactions (further advance with a product transfer)
- Further advances at the same rate (Offset/Flexx for Term)
- Further advance cases where the term on the main loan needs to change
- Further advance cases that require a conveyancer
- Further advances where the main loan has an element of interest-only
- Green further advances.
