Important changes to the way you submit and manage your cases
We’ve launched further functionality on MSO which means doing business with us is even simpler, quicker and easier.
With MSO you can now submit and manage selected residential new business cases including Offset, Interest-only and new build, as well as all Buy to Let new business. Plus, you can also submit like-for-like product transfers for both residential and Buy to Let business (exc. portfolio landlords).
Log in to MSO
- Residential new business*
- All Buy to Let new business (exc. Family purchase)
- All like-for-like product transfers (exc. portfolio landlords)
Log in to Coventry for intermediaries
- Your residential client is aged 56 or over
- Your residential client's mortgage term goes beyond their retirement age and/or their retirement age is 70 or above
- Daily rate contractor for residential
For all other existing customer cases including porting and further advances you will need to complete the relevant application forms and send them to us via secure mail at intermediaries@thecoventry.co.uk.
For all other product transfers including portfolio landlord cases (four or more mortgaged Buy to Let properties), call us on 0800 121 7788 and choose option 3.
