Use this calculator to see what your client could borrow if you’re looking to submit the following business:
- Residential new business*
These cases should use this calculator and be submitted on our Coventry for intermediaries’ platform.
*For new build cases where builder incentives exceed 5%, the calculator should be used for guidance only.
*For cases where your client is age 56 or over, is borrowing beyond their retirement age and/or their retirement age is 70 or above or is a daily rate contractor, please use our Coventry for intermediaries system.
