Our online intermediary service is available to all qualified mortgage professionals, like you. We also provide administrator access for support staff to track case progression.
We aim to register all panel applications on the same day if received before 2pm. Once processed, you’ll receive your introducer code and password details by secure email. This is to ensure all sensitive data is sent encrypted. Please follow the link for guidance on how to use secure email.

How to register?
You don’t need to print and sign the registration forms, however, you must tick the check box on page 2 to confirm your consent to the declaration.

Register for MSO
For now, you’ll only be able to submit like-for-like product transfers on MSO, but keep your eyes peeled as we’ll soon be launching additional features.
MSO is really easy to use and means less paperwork, fewer phone calls and quicker turnaround times.
Registering is simple, all you’ll need are details including your firm’s name, FCA number and business address. You will then be able to submit and track your cases straight away.
For contract variations, such as further advance, follow our standard registration process.
