Making a complaint
At the Coventry for intermediaries, we always aim to provide you with the highest standards of service, but occasionally a situation may arise which leaves you dissatisfied.
Your views are important to us and give us the opportuniity to resolve any problems, so if you have cause for complaint we would like to know.
